10. Have you noticed any recent changes in product quality that customers are unhappy about?

Section 5: Staff Empowerment & Process

11. What is the biggest "time-waster" task that prevents you from helping customers?

12. Do you feel you have enough authority to solve a customer's problem without a manager?
