Sales! in a nutshell, means to sell something to those who need it with an exchange of currency. The group of people is called a businessman. To sell something eventually means selling a service. There is a part called profit. Recent culture of business models are some people I will give maximum service and do average profit with the longterm scheme, some less service maximum profit and close the deal don't do the same service again, last but not the least minimum service maximum profit. We generally think when the sales are good there is no point the customer will not buy. The point we start to think after the service is sold business owner has no other obligation at that moment he or she loses the customer. We are forgetting that we want to repeat customers.
